Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your product or purchase most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at support@shoptali.com as laid out in the terms below:

  • Returned Products must be in new and unopened condition. All accessories, promotions or gifts included with your purchase must be included with your return to qualify for a refund.
  • A return shipping label will be provided for you if the return is a result of an incorrect or defective item being sent.

Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Once your refund has been issued it may take several days for your card issuer or bank to process and be reflected on your account.

Exclusions & Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for Trading Card Games including the following: Weiss Schwarz, Pokémon, Force of Will, My Hero Academia etc.

Clearance Items are not eligible for refunds. (Please note: Clearance items are not the same as regular sale items. Sale items not marked as Clearance are still eligible for return.)

Shop Tali reserves the right to to inspect all returns and on a case-by-case basis issue a partial refund if the return conditions outlined in our Returns & Refunds section are not met.

Minor cosmetic issues and package condition do not qualify as defective products and are not eligible for a full refund. If you are unhappy with your product a store credit will be issued in these situations

  • We may ask that you email a photo of broken or defective products
